We are constantly making changes to the house, here is some of what we've done!
Down stairs:
The dining room recently got painted, new art and waistcoating installed. The new table and chairs can seat more than 8 and the junk picked chandelier was a total score! Still need to make and put up a new window covering, I'm thinking a cornice board...
The view from the front door of both the living and dining.
The living room was repainted to the same color as the dining room (wilson's putty). Then new brown curtain panels and a beautiful custom painting done by my sister were added. I found a fun lamp shade for the lamp by the fish tank at Hancock Fabrics and would love to finish this table.
Finally I covered the old pillows using a tutorial found on pintrest with a fun new fabric! Totally love this room!
This is taken from the fish tank, towards the family room, laundry room and half bath.
Our half bath was a surprise make over along with the laundry while I was in Mexico in 2010. It is amazing and I love LOVE both rooms!
Half of the laundry room, showing my fabulous folding table and place to hang. Cubbies are on the right, but I'll wait to take a picture when the clothes aren't the focus!
The office, family room and kitchen to come!

Our room and bathroom, loft and kids bath to come!
